Janice Bates

Janice is our credit controller, she ensures that money that is due in to Willis Cooper comes in. She also advises our clients on how to ensure they are also paid on time.

Previously to Willis Cooper, she worked at Lexmark International as a project manager overseeing branch closure, including winding up debt’s and their associated legal issues, before this was working for a large international food company with a £70m turnover as a credit manager.

The first years of Janices’ career were spent at HSBC bank as branch training manager, culminating in 22 years of experience in all departments. She has qualifications in debt counselling and management, and is a qualified member of ICM (Institute of Credit Management)

Outside of work, Janice enjoys travelling the world, cooking and entertaining, fine wine, gardening and classical music. She also enjoys watching tennis and football.
